that if they gave employees awareness and understanding on how to be more effective,
the employees would apply the new knowledge. That has not been my experience
as a professional consultant and trainer. My experience has been that "individuals
and organizations need pain to change." In addition, my experience shows that
"what gets rewarded - gets implemented."
Therefore, our job as consultants
is to either identify the pain or provide tools for the organizations we service
to identify their own pain and be able to measure the level of pain as well
as solution strategies for reducing it. Then provide them with ways to re-measure
to determine the results achieved.
Therefore, we offer various assessments,
software and tools that can be used in a variety of industries and at different
organizational levels to specifically impact what's really going on that everybody
already knows but most employees are unwilling to talk about unless they have
their "lawyer" present.
Our assessments are not designed for organizations that want
to keep their heads buried in the sand.
